41. Passive: Present & Past

In Active sentences, the Subject does the action. In Passive, the Action happens TO the subject.

Subject + BE + PAST PARTICIPLE (V3) (+ by Agent)

- Present: "The room is cleaned every day." - Past: "The room was cleaned yesterday." - Perfect: "The room has been cleaned."

Use when the action is more important than who did it. - "My car was stolen." (I don't know who did it).
